Andrew Schreiner, DPT

Andrew Schreiner earned his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Florida in 2015. Active in the health and fitness community since 2007, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a focus on exercise physiology in 2011.

Andrew is passionate about helping others to feel better and empowering his community to learn and become informed about their health and wellbeing. He prefers a well rounded approach to physical therapy considering all aspects of human life and function. Particularly, he is interested in aspects of healthy function as people come to later phases of life. He also is currently specializing in the areas of vestibular rehabilitation, occupational health, and clinical orthopedics.

Andrew is a motivated individual, always searching for continued growth and experience as he seeks to learn new things every day. He enjoys having fun and living life fully without a moment spared or with regret. As a native Floridian, and an avid outdoorsman he is constantly searching for good surf, a great fishing spot, or a fun way to exercise outdoors with friends and family.

Hyacinth Wallace, DPT, OCT, MTC

Hyacinth brings 4 years of clinical experience to her patients at STARS Rehab. She graduated in 2014 from University of Wisconsin-Madison with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. In 2018 she became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, which is a 10 year nationally recognized certification by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Brianna Bean, DPT

Brianna graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St Augustine in 2016, Clinically she enjoys treating patients with orthopedic injuries and rehabilitating patients after surgery.

Lisa Comella, DPT, MTC

Lisa Comella is a graduate of the University of Mount Union in Ohio where she received a BS in exercise science, followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015. She is a manual therapy certified (MTC) Physical Therapist with clinical experience treating a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses, including necks, backs and extremities.

Anna Juzwiak, DPT

Anna Juzwiak received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in 2016. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University in 2011. She is certified in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease through LSVT BIG and Parkinson's Wellness and Recovery Program (PWR!)
