Brianna Bean, DPT

 

Brianna Bean graduated from the University of Tampa in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2016.

She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions. She is passionate about helping her patients return to active lifestyles and achieve the highest level of function possible. She continues to seek out additional learning opportunities to advance her skills and knowledge in the areas of manual and orthopedic physical therapy.

Dr Bean moved to Florida from New Hampshire in 2009 when she began her undergraduate studies. Outside of work she enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, and spending time with her dog, Finn.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

David Lomaglio, MPT, OCS, MTC

David graduated in 1996 from Florida State University with a degree in Biology and went on to pursue his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of Saint Augustine, graduating Cum Laude in 1999. He became a board certified orthopedic physical therapy specialist in 2008 and renewed in 2018. In 2009 David founded STARS Rehab.

Tayler Adams, PT, DPT

Tayler Adams graduated from Valdosta State University in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2018. She specializes in orthopedics and vestibular disorders.

Melanie Lomaglio, PT, DPT, MSc., NCS and Facility Dog Harley

Melanie brings over 20 years of clinical experience to her patients at STARS and specializes in treating people with Parkinson's disease (PD) and Parkinson's related conditions. She is LSVT BIG and PWR! certified, two well known targeted therapy programs for people with PD. Harley, STARS facility dog, works along side her bringing joy and fun to each therapy session!

Andrew Schreiner, DPT

Andrew Schreiner earned his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Florida in 2015. Active in the health and fitness community since 2007, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a focus on exercise physiology in 2011.
