Holly Harding, DPT

Holly Harding, now Holly Faunce (newly married to Christopher Faunce who owns Creative Juices Natural Cafe and Market on Anastasia Island), earned her degree as a Doctor of Physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in 2016, and is trained in Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction.

Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Holly owned her own business as a licensed massage therapist and worked closely with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Chiropractors along the way.  In 2003, Holly graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Physical Education.  She taught for a few years, however, her passion for teaching individuals of all ages how to live a quality life pushed her to continue her education.

In 2000, Holly had the privilege of teaching SCUBA diving at Marineland, as part of her training to become a Dive Control Specialist (Dive Master and Assistant Instructor combined) through SCUBA Schools International.  Holly is thrilled to be a part of the team at STARS, where everyone is a part of your success and everyone is committed to pushing you to enjoy a better quality of life.

Hyacinth Wallace, DPT, OCS

Hyacinth brings 4 years of clinical experience to her patients at STARS Rehab. She graduated in 2014 from University of Wisconsin-Madison with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. In 2018 she became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, which is a 10 year nationally recognized certification by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Brianna Bean, DPT

Brianna graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St Augustine in 2016, Clinically she enjoys treating patients with orthopedic injuries and rehabilitating patients after surgery.

Anna Juzwiak, DPT

Anna Juzwiak received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in 2016. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University in 2011. Anna is certified in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease through LSVT BIG.

David Lomaglio, MPT, OCS

David graduated in 1996 from Florida State University with a degree in Biology and went on to pursue his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of Saint Augustine, graduating Cum Laude in 1999. He became a board certified orthopedic physical therapy specialist in 2008 and renewed in 2018. He opened STARS Rehab in 2009.
