Hyacinth Wallace, DPT, OCS

Hyacinth Wallace earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014. During her 4 years of practice, she has pursued and achieved certifications as a certified manual therapist, certified ASTYM provider for myofascial treatments, certified LSVT provider for those with Parkinson’s Disease, as well as achieving her Orthopedic Clinical Specialization.  She earned her bachelor of science degree in exercise biology at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Prerna Poojary-Mazzotta, PhD, OTR/L

Prerna graduated in 2010 from L.T. Medical College, India with a degree in Occupational therapy and pursued a Masters in Occupational therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2011, and completed her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences and Technology in 2016.

Holly Harding, DPT

Holly graduated from the University of North Florida in 2003 with her Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. Holly added licensed massage therapist to her credentials in 2005 and graduated from the University of St. Augustine in 2016 as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Holly is currently trained in TMJD.

Anna Juzwiak, DPT

Anna Juzwiak received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in 2016. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University in 2011. Anna is certified in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease through LSVT BIG.

David Lomaglio, MPT, OCS

David graduated in 1996 from Florida State University with a degree in Biology and went on to pursue his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of Saint Augustine, graduating Cum Laude in 1999. He became a board certified orthopedic physical therapy specialist in 2008 and renewed in 2018. He opened STARS Rehab in 2009.
