Nathan Guy, PT, DPT, MTC, OCS

Nathan Guy received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine in 2017. He also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2014.  Nathan completed the highly respected manual therapy certification from the University of Saint Augustine in 2018 allowing him to do manipulations and mobilizations on the spine, extremities, hip and pelvis joints.  Most recently, Nathan become board certified in orthopedics physical therapy in 2020.  This certification is prestigious and recognizes clinical excellence via advanced knowledge, experience, and skills in orthopedics.

Through sports, he learned the importance of goal setting, dedication and persistence – all of which influence the way he treats his patients. He enjoys helping his patients meet their highest functional goals.  Dr Guy’s goal is to never stop learning and growing as an orthopedic Physical Therapist.  He also enjoys treating people with dizziness due to vestibular dysfunctions.

Dr Guy moved to St. Augustine with his wife and yellow lab. Outside of work he enjoys staying active by playing golf, going to the beach and Crossfit.

 

David Lomaglio, MPT, MTC, OCS

David graduated in 1996 from Florida State University with a degree in Biology and went on to pursue his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of Saint Augustine, graduating Cum Laude in 1999. He became a board certified orthopedic physical therapy specialist in 2008 and renewed in 2018. In 2009 David founded STARS Rehab.

Emily Benn, PT, DPT

Emily received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015.  She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in dance and choreography from Ohio University.  Prior to graduate school, Emily danced and taught professionally throughout the north east as a modern dancer.  In the clinic she utilizes manual therapy, yoga, Pilates, dance, and Thai massage to facilitate healing. 

Melanie Lomaglio, PT, DPT, MSc., NCS and Facility Dog Harley

Melanie brings over 20 years of clinical experience to her patients at STARS and specializes in treating people with Parkinson's disease (PD) and Parkinson's related conditions. She is LSVT BIG and PWR! certified, two well known targeted therapy programs for people with PD. Harley, STARS facility dog, works along side her bringing joy and fun to each therapy session!

Andrew Schreiner, PT, DPT, OCS

Andrew Schreiner earned his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Florida in 2015. Active in the health and fitness community since 2007, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a focus on exercise physiology in 2011. Andrew became board certified in orthopedics physical therapy in 2020.
