Nathan Guy, DPT, MTC

Nathan Guy received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine in 2017. He also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2014.  Most recently he completed the highly respected manual therapy certification from the University of Saint Augustine in 2018 allowing him to do manipulations and mobilizations on the spine, extremities, hip and pelvis joints.

Through sports, he learned the importance of goal setting, dedication and persistence – all of which influence the way he treats his patients. He enjoys helping his patients meet their highest functional goals.  Dr Guy’s goal is to never stop learning and growing as an orthopedic Physical Therapist.  He also enjoys treating people with dizziness due to vestibular dysfunctions.

Dr Guy moved to St. Augustine with his wife and yellow lab. Outside of work he enjoys staying active by playing golf, going to the beach and Crossfit.

 

Hyacinth Wallace, DPT, OCT, MTC

Hyacinth brings 4 years of clinical experience to her patients at STARS Rehab. She graduated in 2014 from University of Wisconsin-Madison with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. In 2018 she became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, which is a 10 year nationally recognized certification by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Brianna Bean, DPT

Brianna graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St Augustine in 2016, Clinically she enjoys treating patients with orthopedic injuries and rehabilitating patients after surgery.

Lisa Comella, DPT, MTC

Lisa Comella is a graduate of the University of Mount Union in Ohio where she received a BS in exercise science, followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015. She is a manual therapy certified (MTC) Physical Therapist with clinical experience treating a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses, including necks, backs and extremities.

Anna Juzwiak, DPT

Anna Juzwiak received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in 2016. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University in 2011. She is certified in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease through LSVT BIG and Parkinson's Wellness and Recovery Program (PWR!)
