Sarah values her unique role in her patients’ care, appreciating the opportunity to teach and guide her patients as they learn about their own body’s potential to become restored and strengthened. Her passion for empowering patients and making every session count facilitates patient progress. She is currently pursuing additional formal learning in the areas of lymphedema treatment and rehabilitation surrounding stem cell treatment.

Sarah’s family moved to St. Augustine when she was a year old, and she was raised in this community ever since that time. She enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, photography, and martial arts training. Sarah and her husband, Brandon, spent several years as Taekwondo instructors at a local martial arts studio, teaching self defense and traditional curriculum to students of all ages.
