Sarah Braddock, DPT

Sarah Braddock studied to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of South Florida, completing her degree in 2015. In 2011 she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of North Florida, with a focus in exercise science, and became an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.

Sarah values her unique role in her patients’ care, appreciating the opportunity to teach and guide her patients as they learn about their own body’s potential to become restored and strengthened. Her passion for empowering patients and making every session count facilitates patient progress. She is currently pursuing additional formal learning in the areas of lymphedema treatment and rehabilitation surrounding stem cell treatment.

Sarah’s family moved to St. Augustine when she was a year old, and she was raised in this community ever since that time. She enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, photography, and martial arts training. Sarah and her husband, Brandon, spent several years as Taekwondo instructors at a local martial arts studio, teaching self defense and traditional curriculum to students of all ages.

Hyacinth Wallace, DPT, OCT, MTC

Hyacinth brings 4 years of clinical experience to her patients at STARS Rehab. She graduated in 2014 from University of Wisconsin-Madison with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. In 2018 she became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, which is a 10 year nationally recognized certification by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Brianna Bean, DPT

Brianna graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St Augustine in 2016, Clinically she enjoys treating patients with orthopedic injuries and rehabilitating patients after surgery.

Lisa Comella, DPT, MTC

Lisa Comella is a graduate of the University of Mount Union in Ohio where she received a BS in exercise science, followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015. She is a manual therapy certified (MTC) Physical Therapist with clinical experience treating a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses, including necks, backs and extremities.

Anna Juzwiak, DPT

Anna Juzwiak received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in 2016. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University in 2011. She is certified in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease through LSVT BIG and Parkinson's Wellness and Recovery Program (PWR!)
