Tayler Adams, PT, DPT

Tayler Adams graduated from Valdosta State University in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Following this, she went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of St. Augustine in 2018.

Tayler enjoys treating orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, and balance/gait deficits. Tayler enjoys working with patients throughout their entire rehabilitation process and helping her patients meet their highest functional goals. She continues to seek out additional learning opportunities to advance her skills and knowledge in the areas of manual therapy and vestibular dysfunctions.

Outside of work, Tayler enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her Goldendoodle “Georgia.” She also enjoys staying active by going to the beach and Orange Theory.

David Lomaglio, MPT, MTC, OCS

David graduated in 1996 from Florida State University with a degree in Biology and went on to pursue his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of Saint Augustine, graduating Cum Laude in 1999. He became a board certified orthopedic physical therapy specialist in 2008 and renewed in 2018. In 2009 David founded STARS Rehab.

Emily Benn, PT, DPT

Emily received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015.  She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in dance and choreography from Ohio University.  Prior to graduate school, Emily danced and taught professionally throughout the north east as a modern dancer.  In the clinic she utilizes manual therapy, yoga, Pilates, dance, and Thai massage to facilitate healing. 

Melanie Lomaglio, PT, DPT, MSc., NCS and Facility Dog Harley

Melanie brings over 20 years of clinical experience to her patients at STARS and specializes in treating people with Parkinson's disease (PD) and Parkinson's related conditions. She is LSVT BIG and PWR! certified, two well known targeted therapy programs for people with PD. Harley, STARS facility dog, works along side her bringing joy and fun to each therapy session!

Andrew Schreiner, PT, DPT, OCS

Andrew Schreiner earned his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Florida in 2015. Active in the health and fitness community since 2007, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a focus on exercise physiology in 2011. Andrew became board certified in orthopedics physical therapy in 2020.
