Nathan Guy received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine in 2017. He also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2014. Nathan completed the highly respected manual therapy certification from the University of Saint Augustine in 2018 allowing him to do manipulations and mobilizations on the spine, extremities, hip and pelvis joints. Most recently, Nathan become board certified in orthopedics physical therapy in 2020. This certification is prestigious and recognizes clinical excellence via advanced knowledge, experience, and skills in orthopedics.

Through sports, he learned the importance of goal setting, dedication and persistence – all of which influence the way he treats his patients. He enjoys helping his patients meet their highest functional goals. Dr. Guy’s goal is to never stop learning and growing as an orthopedic Physical Therapist. He also enjoys treating people with dizziness due to vestibular dysfunctions.
Dr. Guy moved to St. Augustine with his wife and yellow lab. Outside of work, Dr. Guy enjoys staying active by playing golf, going to the beach and CrossFit.
