Stephen Gallegos joined our team in 2025 with a strong background in outpatient orthopedics and a special talent for helping patients regain strength, confidence, and independence. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Mexico.
Stephen has practiced in both Florida and New Mexico, treating everything from post-surgical rehab to vestibular conditions and chronic pain. He has a particular knack for vestibular therapy and balance training, and he's passionate about empowering patients through education and clear communication.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Stephen coached rock climbing—and he still brings that same enthusiasm and body awareness to his clinical practice. Whether he's guiding a patient through a challenging recovery or spotting a climber at the crag, Stephen brings focus, encouragement, and a deep understanding of movement and mechanics.
