Clinicians

David Lomaglio, MPT, OCS, MTC

David brings nearly 20 years of clinical experience to his patients at STARS and founded STARS Rehab in 2009.  He graduated in 1996 from Florida State University with a degree in Biology and went on to pursue his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of Saint Augustine, graduating Cum Laude in 1999.

Since graduation, David has been practicing primarily in outpatient orthopedics and has extensive continuing education training in treatment concepts. He has continuously pursued advanced certifications including a Board Certification in Clinical Orthopedics (OCS 2008, Re-certified in 2018), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS 2002), Manual Therapy Certification (MTC 2007), and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI 2009). He was adjunct faculty with the University of Saint Augustine before coming to STARS Rehab and continues to serve as a guest lecturer. David’s clinical interests include golf performance enhancement and rehabilitation, and general orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

He has continued to pursue TPI education recently completing the final Level III Golf Fitness Instructor Certification.

David resides in Saint Augustine beach with his wife, Melanie, and two children. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, staying involved with youth baseball, beach volleyball and spending time with his family.

Hyacinth Wallace, DPT, OCT, MTC

Hyacinth brings 4 years of clinical experience to her patients at STARS Rehab. She graduated in 2014 from University of Wisconsin-Madison with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. In 2018 she became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, which is a 10 year nationally recognized certification by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Brianna Bean, DPT

Brianna graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St Augustine in 2016, Clinically she enjoys treating patients with orthopedic injuries and rehabilitating patients after surgery.

Lisa Comella, DPT, MTC

Lisa Comella is a graduate of the University of Mount Union in Ohio where she received a BS in exercise science, followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015. She is a manual therapy certified (MTC) Physical Therapist with clinical experience treating a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses, including necks, backs and extremities.

Anna Juzwiak, DPT

Anna Juzwiak received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in 2016. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University in 2011. She is certified in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease through LSVT BIG and Parkinson's Wellness and Recovery Program (PWR!)
