Lauren Ledbetter isn’t just passionate about movement—she’s lived it! With a background in competitive cheerleading, she developed a deep understanding of strength, flexibility, and resilience. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2024, after completing her Master’s in Exercise Physiology (with a graduate certificate in Geriatrics) from Georgia State University in 2020 and her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University in 2016.
Originally from McDonough, Georgia, Lauren moved to St. Augustine for school and quickly fell in love with the coastal lifestyle. When she’s not helping patients move and feel their best, you can find her working out, soaking up the sun at the beach, traveling with friends and family, getting lost in a good book, or hunting down the perfect cup of coffee.
